The Stonewall Pride parade and street festival runs along Wilton Drive on a Saturday each June; the 2027 edition is listed for 19 June.

The legal picture: As of 2026, Florida has no statewide law covering sexual orientation or gender identity in employment, housing or public accommodations. Broward County's Human Rights Act covers both. Federal law (Bostock, 2020) separately bars sexual-orientation and gender-identity discrimination by employers with 15 or more employees. Florida law also restricts transgender people's use of publicly owned bathrooms and facilities and bans gender-affirming medical care for minors; the Movement Advancement Project rates the state negative for gender-identity policy (checked October 2026).
