Meeting people on Kindrd is free — matching, messaging, safety tools and verification cost nothing and never will. This page covers the two things you can pay for, and how to get your money back if you change your mind.
Kindrd+ (monthly subscription)
Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytimein Settings → Manage subscription — you keep Kindrd+ until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing charges after that. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops, no "call us to cancel".
14-day money-back guarantee:if it's your first Kindrd+ purchase and you ask within 14 days, we refund it in full — no questions, no forms. Email hello@kindrdlove.app from your account email. Refunds land back on your card in 5–10 business days (Stripe's timing, not ours).
Founding Member (one-off, lifetime)
A single payment for lifetime Kindrd+ — every current and future perk, no renewal, ever. The same 14-day money-back guarantee applies in full.
What "lifetime" means, honestly:it means the lifetime of Kindrd. We're an independent app and we intend to be here for decades — but you deserve the straight answer to "what if you shut down?": your membership never expires, is never downgraded, and inherits every feature Kindrd+ ever gains, for as long as Kindrd exists.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces your legal rights. If you're in the UK or EU you have consumer cancellation rights for digital services, and if something's gone wrong on our side — double charges, a subscription that didn't activate — we fix it and refund it regardless of any window. Disputes are handled by real humans at hello@kindrdlove.app.
